Heads up on another fun trip from our friends at Liquid Sport Marine. Lots of Malibu's and stuff but you don't need a skiboat of course.

Liquid
Sports Marine - Glen River Run Info

About the River Run:

Established 15 years ago, the Team Liquid River Run is a great
way for you and your family to experience Florida in whole new way: An
enjoyable run up the majestic St
. Johns River to the amazing
Silver Glenn Springs.
This is a great way to meet fellow boaters
and families and perhaps enjoy some water sports along the way.
For those of you who have been before, you know how much fun it
is! For all of you first timers, it's time to join us in the fun.
It all starts at 8AM on June 6, 2010 at Liquid Sports Marine 8650
E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL 32817.
Agenda:

Meet at Liquid Sports Marine for coffee, doughnuts, and any last
minutes needs, maps, instructions, etc.
For those meeting us at the dealership at 8am - after coffee,
doughnuts, and the morning meeting, we will convoy to the boat ramp
and Ed Stone Park. This will be approximately a one hour drive to
the boat ramp from our dealership. For those who would like to meet
us at the boat ramp, we plan on arriving at Ed Stone Park at 10 am,
so please be there by then.
There are plenty of boat launch ramps at Ed Stone Park, as well
as plenty of parking. If you are a little bit weary of backing your
trailer, don't worry, our professional Liquid Sports Marine staff will
assist in making sure you get your boat safely in the water.
Once we are all launched, we will follow single file to Silver
Glenn. It is very important to remain single file for the duration of
the boat ride. One, it will ensure a smooth and enjoyable boat ride for
all participants, and two, will make for great photo/video
opportunities as we shoot the event.
It is approximately a one hour boat ride from the ramp into Lake
George/Silver Glenn Springs. Once we are in the springs, we will raft
up together (bring plenty of rope, boat bumpers/fenders!) and float
transom to transom. This is crystal clear 72 degree water with a very
active spring in which you can dive!
We will spend the next few hours eating lunch, playing trivia
and games, and enjoying each others company. Liquid Sports Marine will
have lots of give-a-ways and prizes, so get ready for all challenges.
At approximately 2 p.m., you may leave at your own leisure, as
the event will officially be over. Many people ski, wakeboard, wake-surf
on the way back to the boat ramp. Everyone can do this at their own
pace.
It will be a day you will not want to miss!

Lake TOHO information request

I am on the West Coast and thought about bringing the boat over and checking out Lake Toho over the Memorial Day weekend. Can anyone give me some insight on what to expect.  Most of the information I can find is on the fishing but we are more into the raft ups and just enjoying the boating experience.  Any advice or warnings would be greatly appreciated. See More
