In this viral video of two vessels colliding, there is a failure both in terms of keeping a proper lookout and adhering to the Rules of the Road.Regardless of whether you're the stand-on or give-way vessel, skippers must do whatever is necessary to avoid a collision. I am on the West Coast and thought about bringing the boat over and checking out Lake Toho over the Memorial Day weekend. Can anyone give me some insight on what to expect. Most of the information I can find is on the fishing but we are more into the raft ups and just enjoying the boating experience. Any advice or warnings would be greatly appreciated. See More
